La percepción sensible y realización del ser urbano en la metrópolis tecnológica del s.XXI

Abstract

El artículo aborda la comprensión política del paisaje y la posibilidad de instrumentalización de su concepto para uso social a través del Ordenamiento Territorial (OT), comprendiendo su potencia para contribuir al Buen Vivir (BV), entendido como alternativa al desarrollo basado en el crecimiento económico. A partir del pensamiento-paisaje como llave de reconstrucción de la naturaleza-cultura, el concepto de mundos, reconoce los distintos modos de vida coexistentes, basados en onto epistemes propias. El BV como modo operativo permite construir políticas de paisaje basadas en la actitud contrahegemónica, evidenciando los valores materiales e inmateriales de los pueblos y comunidades latinoamericanas. La pérdida de los paisajes y de las formas de existir afirma la necesidad de estructurar un diseño para la transición al pluriverso, más allá del sistema mundo de la modernidad occidental, que garantice el derecho al paisaje de las comunidades tradicionales y originarias de Latinoamérica. En este sentido, el artículo aborda las contribuciones de los Catálogos de Paisaje de Catalunya (CPC) y el Paisaje Cultural Cafetero Colombiano (PCCC) para la construcción de métodos paisajísticos que aporten a la construcción del BV, como alternativa a la lógica capitalista neoliberal hegemónica
