Nova carretera Manlleu-Torelló

Abstract

Actualment les poblacions de Manlleu i Torelló estan comunicades directament per la carretera BV-5224. Aquesta carretera disposa d’un traçat inadequat i d’un lamentable estat del ferm. A més consta d’un pas a nivell al seu encreuament amb el ferrocarril, el pas a nivell de “La Miranda”. Això fa necessari el plantejament d’un projecte que desenvolupi les mesures necessàries per construir una carretera que resolgui tots els problemes plantejats. Després de realitzar una primera visita a la zona del projecte, es va realitzar un anàlisi de solucions per millorar l’enllaç entre aquests municipis. A més es va observar la necessitat de projectar un pas a diferent nivell a l’encreuament amb el ferrocarril. Després d’analitzar les dues alternatives plantejades (veure annex 2), adequar la carretera existent o construir una nova carretera, es va optar pel desenvolupament d’un projecte constructiu d’una nova carretera. D’aquesta manera es va posar de manifest la necessitat de realitzar un projecte constructiu que visualitzés la realització de la nova carretera Manlleu – Torelló que es veu reflexada en aquest projecte.
