Abstract

Uno de los problemas más importantes que enfrenta la humanidad en la actualidad es el cambio climático, el cual tiene graves efectos en el ecosistema en todo el mundo. Las empresas tienen un impacto significativo en la utilización de recursos naturales y la generación de residuos en este contexto a través de sus actividades. Es crucial que las empresas implementen prácticas respetuosas con el medio ambiente en sus cadenas de suministro para abordar este problema y avanzar hacia un futuro más sostenible. En este escenario, contar con un software de gestión de cadena de suministro que permita documentar el impacto ambiental es primordial. La presente Tesis tiene como objetivo principal el diseño e implementación de este software, Examinamos los componentes que deben estar presentes para su creación, las características fundamentales que debe tener y las formas en que puede ayudar a las empresas a mejorar su desempeño ambiental. A través de la evaluación, supervisión y gestión del comportamiento ambiental en toda la cadena de suministro, el programa promete ayudar a las empresas a fomentar la sostenibilidad. Además, se concibe como una solución rentable para empresas de todos los tamaños que puede adaptarse a sus requisitos. Los objetivos específicos de este proyecto incluyen examinar los procedimientos de gestión de la cadena de suministro, detectar los efectos ambientales en cada nivel, establecer un módulo de informes para un análisis exhaustivo de la sostenibilidad ambiental y proporcionar una interfaz intuitiva para la supervisión en tiempo real. En conclusión, el objetivo de nuestro esfuerzo es proporcionar a las empresas una herramienta útil para operar de manera más sostenible y consciente del medio ambiente, contribuyendo a la lucha contra el cambio climático y la preservación de nuestro mundo.

One of the most significant challenges facing humanity today is climate change, which has severe effects on the global ecosystem. Businesses have a substantial impact on the utilization of natural resources and waste generation in this context through their activities. It is crucial for companies to implement environmentally friendly practices within their supply chains to address this issue and move toward a more sustainable future. In this scenario, having supply chain management software that allows for the documentation of environmental impact is paramount. This Thesis has the primary objective of designing and implementing this software. We examine the components that must be present for its creation, the fundamental features it must have, and how it can assist companies in enhancing their environmental performance. Through the evaluation, monitoring, and management of environmental behavior throughout the supply chain, the program promises to help companies promote sustainability. Additionally, it is conceived as a cost-effective solution for businesses of all sizes that can be tailored to their requirements. The specific objectives of this project include examining supply chain management procedures, identifying environmental effects at each level, establishing a reporting module for comprehensive environmental sustainability analysis, and providing an intuitive interface for real-time monitoring. In conclusion, the goal of our effort is to provide companies with a valuable tool to operate in a more environmentally sustainable and environmentally conscious manner, contributing to the fight against climate change and the preservation of our world.
