Rediseño de un mezclador horizontal de turbulencia

Abstract

La empresa Bachiller, que se dedica al diseño y fabricación de equipos de proceso y recipientes a presión, quiere relanzar una serie de mezcladores horizontales de turbulencia (MHT), ya que los diseños actuales están desfasados y no están al nivel de la maquinaria de la competencia. Para ello, nuestro objetivo será rediseñar un MHT reduciendo espesores y dimensiones generales, añadiendo funciones o facilitando las ya existentes, y reduciendo el coste de producción, buscando características de los MHT que hay actualmente en el mercado. Para realizar los cambios mencionados, utilizaremos diferentes herramientas, así como normativa, cálculo de resistencia de materiales, cálculo de elementos sometidos a fatiga y en numerosos casos apoyaremos nuestros cálculos con simulaciones de elementos finitos realizados con el software Solidworks, un programa de diseño 3D, y en algún caso puntual con el software AutoPipe, utilizado en la empresa Bachiller para el cálculo de dimensiones y presiones de depósitos. Una vez realizado el proceso de rediseño, detallaremos el proceso de montaje y el presupuesto, donde en este último podremos ver la reducción del coste de fabricación respecto de un modelo anterior al rediseño.
