Abstract

En este TFG se ha realizado la identificación, el análisis y la semicuantificación de los compuestos de la fracción orgánica de las bacterias Acidithiobacillus, concretamente los Ferrooxidans y los Thiooxidans. Para la determinación de estos compuestos, se ha seguido una serie de procesos para preparar la muestra para poder ser inyectada en el cromatógrafo de gases acoplado en el espectrómetro de masas (CG-EM). Estos procesos consisten en la preparación del cultivo de bacterias seguido de la liofilización de una muestra de estos cultivos. A continuación, la extracción de la fracción orgánica, su concentración y derivatización. Por último, la inyección de las muestras en el CG-ME, donde se obtienen los cromatogramas y los espectros de masas que se han analizado en esta memoria. En el análisis de los resultados, se han identificado ácidos, alcoholes, alcanos y algún hidroxiácido en las dos bacterias. Los cuales se han comparado con artículos para determinar qué compuestos se han detectado previamente, y cuáles se han detectado nuevos. En este TFG se han detectado compuestos nuevos, alcoholes y alcanos, que no se habían detectado previamente.

In this TFG, the identification, analysis, and semi-quantification of compounds in the organic fraction of Acidithiobacillus bacteria, specifically Ferrooxidans and Thiooxidans, have been carried out. To determine these compounds, a series of processes were followed to prepare the sample for injection into the gas chromatograph coupled with mass spectrometry (GC-MS). These processes involved culturing the bacteria, followed by lyophilization of a sample from these cultures. Subsequently, the extraction of the organic fraction, its concentration, and derivatization were performed. Finally, the samples were injected into the GC-MS system, where chromatograms and mass spectra were obtained and analyzed in this thesis. In the analysis of the results, acids, alcohols, alkanes, and some hydroxyacids were identified in both bacteria. These compounds were compared with previous articles to determine which ones had been previously detected and identified, and which ones were newly detected. In this TFG, new compounds, such as alcohols and alkanes, were detected that had not been previously identified.

En aquest TFG s’ha realitzat la identificació, l’anàlisi i la semiquantificació dels compostos de la fracció orgànica dels bacteris Acidithiobacillus, concretament els Ferrooxidans i els Thiooxidans. Per a la determinació d’aquests compostos, s’ha seguit un seguit de processos per preparar la mostra per poder ser injectada en el cromatògraf de gasos acoblat en l’espectròmetre de masses (CG-EM). Aquests processos consisteixen en la preparació del cultiu de bacteris seguit de la liofilització d’una mostra d’aquests cultius. A continuació, l’extracció de la fracció orgànica, la seva concentració i derivatització. Per últim, la injecció de les mostres en el CG-EM, on s’obtenen els cromatogrames i els espectres de masses que s’han analitzat en aquesta memòria. En l’anàlisi dels resultats, s’han identificat àcids, alcohols, alcans i algun hidroxiàcid en els dos bacteris. Els quals s’han comparat amb articles per determinar quins s’han detectat i identificat prèviament i quins, s’han detectat nous. En aquest TFG s’han detectat compostos nous, alcohols i alcans, que no s'havien detectat prèviament.
