Nowadays, we've got tons of rhythm games to choose from. Some focus on music and gameplay, while others are centered around characters. But here's the thing: none of them let players control character abilities. Usually, those abilities are automated and kick in once you hit a certain goal, regardless of where you are in the song or how tough it is. In this project, this type of gameplay will be studied and will propose (if it is viable) a rhythm game design that its core gameplay will be characters with usable skills controlled by players. This project goal is to create a game where the music, gameplay, and character skills all work together in perfect harmony. It's not just about hitting the beats anymore; it's about strategic timing and using those skills to complete the runs.
