Caracterización superficial de textura VAM

Abstract

The following work intends to carry out a topological study of parts machined by VAM, analyzing, and characterizing their surface and comparing them with parts machined by conventional turning, that is, without any type of vibration applied to its cutting tool. To carry out this process, the pieces have been machined, the necessary information about their topography has been acquired, this information has been analyzed and some results and conclusions have been given in accordance with the extracted parameters, which reflect a rough topography with craters that vary. its dimensions based on the combination of feeds and cutting speeds that are applied to the machining.
