Abstract

El objetivo del presente proyecto es desarrollar un sistema de automatización para supervisar y controlar en tiempo real el proceso de depuración de la EDAR (Estación Depuradora de Aguas Residuales) de la población de Riumar, en el término municipal de Deltebre. El sistema también debe permitir visualizar el estado de la EBAR (Estación de Bombeo de Aguas Residuales). Con este objetivo, se desarrolla la programación de dos PLCs (Programmable Logic Controller) que controlan el funcionamiento de la EDAR y la EBAR respectivamente. El programa referente a la EBAR se diseña únicamente para supervisar el estado de la planta mientras que el programa de la EDAR permite supervisar así como controlar, tanto de forma manual como automática, todos y cada uno de los elementos de la instalación. Respecto a la visualización, se crea la interfaz personalizada para el usuario con el conjunto de menús y pantallas necesarias para permitir la total operación de las plantas.

L'objectiu del present projecte és desenvolupar un sistema d'automatització per supervisar i controlar en temps real el procés de depuració de l?EDAR (Estació Depuradora d?Aigües Residuals) de la població de Riumar, al terme municipal de Deltebre. El sistema també ha de permetre visualitzar l?estat de l?EBAR (Estació de Bombament d?Aigües Residuals). Amb aquest propòsit, es desenvolupa la programació de dos PLCs (Programmable Logic Controller) que controlen el funcionament de l?EDAR i l?EBAR respectivament. El programa referent a l?EBAR es dissenya únicament per supervisar l?estat de la planta mentre que el programa de l?EDAR permet supervisar així com controlar, tant de manera manual com automàtica, tots i cadascun dels elements de la instal·lació. Pel que fa a la visualització, es crea la interfície personalitzada per a l?usuari amb el conjunt de menús i pantalles necessàries per tal de permetre la total operació de les plantes.

The aim of this project is to develop an automation system to monitor and control in real time the process of purification of the WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant) of the town of Riumar, in the municipality of Deltebre. The system must also be able to view the status of the WWPS (Wastewater Pumping Station). To this end, the programming of two PLCs (Programmable Logic Controller) is developed, which control the operation of the WWTP and the WWPS respectively. The WWPS program is designed solely to monitor the condition of the plant, while the WWTP program allows you to monitor and control, both manually and automatically, each and every element of the installation. As for the display, the custom user interface is created with the set of menus and screens needed to allow the full operation of the plants.
