Formas mentales y formas urbanas

Abstract

Como seres humanos nos caracteriza la habilidad de interpretar y atribuir significados a los varios aspectos de la vida; para poder vivir entre semejantes llegamos a conclusiones compartidas, generando construcciones sociales que están estrictamente vinculadas al mundo material. Lo socialmente construido se expresa como la capacidad de dar un sentido a la experiencia del mundo, es la estructura base para poder comunicarnos con los demás y formar el sistema de valor y creencias que orienta el desarrollo de la sociedad. El espacio construido se puede analizar como una de las formas que toman los constructos sociales; como resultado de las narrativas que interpretan la complejidad de las experiencias vividas. En este trabajo se analiza la forma urbana como resultado de una forma mental y la materialización de las narrativas en los espacios compartidos.
