Abstract

El presente trabajo consistirá en el diseño del conjunto llanta + neumático cumpliendo con lo que dictamina la normativa vigente a efectos de diseño para asegurar que cuando se realicen las simulaciones por ordenador con el método de los elementos finitos y las posteriores pruebas reales, la llanta cumple con los límites establecidos y será segura y funcional para poderse montar en la categoría de vehículo escogida. Se hará también una descripción de los métodos de fabricación que hay actualmente en el mercado de llantas y se escogerá uno de ellos para posteriormente realizar un estado de mediciones y un presupuesto detallado de cuánto costaría producir la llanta en serie y por qué precio se podría vender para obtener beneficios. Respecto el neumático se abordará la problemática que hay en su reciclaje. En el apartado de impacto ambiental se explican dos posibles maneras de reciclaje para cumplir algunos de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de la Agenda 2030 de las Naciones Unidas.

El present treball consistirà en el disseny del conjunt llanta + pneumàtic complint amb el que dictamina la normativa vigent, pel que fa a disseny, per assegurar que quan és realitzin les simulacions per ordinador amb el mètode dels elements finits i les posteriors proves reals, la llanta compleix amb els límits establerts i serà segura i funcional per a poder-se muntar en la categoria de vehicles escollida. També es farà una descripció dels mètodes de fabricació que hi ha actualment en el mercat de les llantes i s’escollirà un, per posteriorment, realitzar un estat d’amidament i un pressupost detallat de quant costaria produir la llanta en sèrie i per quin preu és podria vendre per obtenir beneficis. Respecte el pneumàtic s’abordarà la problemàtica actual que hi ha en el seu reciclatge. A l’apartat d’impacte ambiental s’expliquen dues possibles maneres de reciclatge per complir alguns dels Objectius de Desenvolupament Sostenible de l’Agenda 2030 de les Nacions Unides.

This mainly consists in a development of a design of the rim + tyre assembly in accordance to the actual design regulations in force to ensure that when computer simulations are being carried out using the finite element method and subsequent real tests, the rim fulfils with the established limits and is safe to be fitted on the chosen vehicle category. The description would consist in studying the manufacturing methods that are currently available on the tyre market. After that a method would be chosen in order to subsequently carry out analysis and define a detailed tyre-budget for reducing costs and increasing benefits. With regard to tyres, the issue of recycling will be addressed and referring to an environmental impact, two possible ways of recycling are explained in the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations Agenda 2030.
