Abstract

Desde las zonas verdes municipales hasta jardines domésticos, existen herramientas para cuidar los diferentes espacios verdes que disfrutamos. Para mantener estos espacios, la utilización de herramientas sostenibles y menos contaminantes es cada vez más presente. En este Trabajo Final de Grado se desarrolla el diseño gráfico de un cortacésped eléctrico doméstico por medio del software CAD Solidworks. Se tiene por objetivo diseñar todas las piezas que forman un cortacésped funcional más sostenible que los del mercado actual. El primer paso en el trabajo es un estudio de los diferentes tipos de cortacésped y sus características que existen actualmente en el mercado. Para conseguir un diseño más sostenible, es vital minimizar el impacto medioambiental que comporta su producción y el uso de esta máquina para reducir la emisión de contaminantes. El propósito es eliminar el uso de materiales no reciclables y minimizando su peso con un diseño eficiente,realizando diferentes simulaciones para reducir el material amparado. Para lograrlo, se utiliza materiales reciclables para minimizar contaminantes y hacer un uso eficiente de los recursos naturales para producir un diseño de cortacésped resultante más sostenible. Este diseño busca cumplir los objetivos de la agenda 2030 que cada día están más presentes.

Des de les zones verdes municipals fins a jardins domèstics, existeixen eines per cuidar els diferents espais verds que gaudim. Per mantenir aquests espais, la utilització d’eines sostenibles i menys contaminants és cada vegada més present. En aquest Treball Fi de Grau es desenvolupa el disseny gràfic d’un tallagespa elèctric domèstic per mitjà del software CAD Solidworks. Es té per objectiu dissenyar totes les peces que formen un tallagespa funcional més sostenible que els del mercat actual. El primer pas en el treball és un estudi dels diferents tipus de tallagespa i les seves característiques que existeixen actualment en el mercat. Per aconseguir un disseny més sostenible, és vital minimitzar l’impacte mediambiental que comporta la seva producció i l’ús d’aquesta màquina per reduir l’emissió de contaminants. El propòsit és eliminar l'ús de materials no reciclables i minimitzant el seu pes amb un disseny eficient realitzant diferents simulacions per reduir el material emparat. Per assolir-ho, s'utilitza materials reciclables per minimitzar contaminants i fer un ús eficient dels recursos naturals per produir un disseny de tallagespa resultant més sostenible. Aquest disseny busca complir els objectius de l’agenda 2030 que cada dia estan més presents.

From municipal green areas to domestic gardens, there are tools to care for the different green spaces we enjoy. To maintain these spaces, the use of sustainable and less polluting tools is increasingly present. In this work End of Grade develops the graphic design of a domestic electric lawnmower using the CAD Solidworks software. The aim is to design all the parts that form a more sustainable functional lawnmower than those of the current market. The first step in the work is a study of the different types of lawnmowers and their characteristics that currently exist on the market. To achieve a more sustainable design it is vital to minimize the environmental impact of its production and use of this machine to reduce pollutant emissions. The purpose is to eliminate the use of non-recyclable materials and minimize their weight with efficient design by performing different simulations to reduce the protected material. To achieve this, recyclable materials are used to minimize contaminants and make efficient use of natural resources to produce a more sustainable lawnmower design. This design seeks to meet the 2030 Agenda objectives that are increasingly present.
