Abstract

Els objectius que busquem en aquest treball, estimat lector, es l’estudi de viabilitat econòmica per a portar el món de la construcció a una via més sostenible i amb menys impacte contra el medi ambient. En diferents punts estem segurs que hi hauran molts canvis però que hi ha d’altres en els que per necessitats no podrem realitzar cap canvi o probablement sigui en la composició del material. Al conèixer quins canvis son realment viables per introduir al món de l’obra nova, busquem estudiar de quina manera podem rehabilitar/reformar les edificacions existents a Barcelona per a reduir les seves emissions, buscant el canvi en instal·lacions, tancaments, etc. Aquest canvis ens ho proporcionarà els resultats obtinguts de l’estudi que realitzarem a continuació. Com a tota industria, els diners són molt importants i també farem una incís en estudiar la diferencia de preus entre materials més sostenibles que, a primera impressió poden ser més cars, però un dels objectius finals i principals (com em dit al principi) es saber si veritablement són molt més cars o només es la inversió inicial.
