Disseny d’un prototip per optimitzar el reciclatge d’envasos

Abstract

El projecte pretén proposar un disseny òptim per a una màquina de reciclatge d’envasos, amb la finalitat de reciclar llaunes d’alumini i ampolles PET, i d’aquesta manera fomentar el reciclatge en la societat. Durant el treball s’ha explicat pas a pas el procés pel que s’ha passat fins a obtenir una proposta del prototip. Des de l’estudi de l’estat actual del reciclatge a Catalunya, a estudiar diverses empreses especialitzades en aquest model de màquines, a finalment escollir les idees més adequades per tal de realitzar el disseny. Aquest projecte no s’ha centrat en la part elèctrica i electrònica de la màquina, de manera que només s’esmenten algunes tecnologies que es podrien utilitzar. S’ha centrat més en el disseny mecànic, per tal de tenir un idea del funcionament i dimensionament d’aquestes màquines. A part del disseny mecànic, una gran part del treball recau en l’estudi de l’impacte ambiental i en el problema actual del reciclatge d’envasos. També s’ha realitzat un pressupost aproximat del prototip dissenyat.

El proyecto pretende proponer un diseño óptimo para una máquina de reciclaje de envases, con el fin de reciclar latas de aluminio y botellas PET, fomentando así el reciclaje en la sociedad. Durante el trabajo se ha explicado paso a paso el proceso por el que se ha pasado hasta obtener una propuesta del prototipo. Desde el estudio del estado actual del reciclaje en Catalunya, a estudiar diversas empresas especializadas en este modelo de máquinas, a finalmente escoger las ideas más adecuadas para realizar el diseño. Este proyecto no se ha centrado en la parte eléctrica y electrónica de la máquina, por lo que sólo se mencionan algunas tecnologías que se podrían utilizar. Se ha centrado más en el diseño mecánico, con el fin de tener una idea del funcionamiento y dimensionamiento de estas máquinas. A parte del diseño mecánico, gran parte del trabajo recae en el estudio del impacto ambiental y en el problema actual del reciclaje de envases. También se ha realizado un presupuesto aproximado del prototipo diseñado.

This project aims to propose an optimal design for a reverse vending machine, in order to recycle aluminium cans and PET bottles, and thus encourage recycling in society. During this project, the process is explained step by step, until a prototype proposal has been obtained. From studying the current state of recycling in Catalunya, to studying different companies specializing in this kind of machine, to finally choosing the most appropriate ideas to carry out the design. This project is not focused on the electrical and electronic part of the machine, so only a few technologies that could be used are mentioned. It is more focused on mechanical design, in order to get an idea of the operation and sizing of these machines. Apart from mechanical design, a large part of the project is focused on the study of the environmental impact and the current problem of packaging recycling. An approximate budget of the designed prototype has also been made.
