Abstract

En este proyecto se presenta el diseño y desarrollo de un conjunto de mobiliario infantil doméstico y multifuncional. Para hacerlo posible se han seguido una série de fases para llegar a una solución final, iniciando el estudio con la identificación del problema existente tras el mobiliario doméstico hasta finalizar el proyecto con una representación volumétrica física a modo de maqueta. Finalmente, se ha obtenido un producto formado por dos módulos y con la capacidad de ofrecer tres funciones distintas: cuna, torre de aprendizaje y cama infantil. Todas ellas son adaptables en función de las necesidades que presente el usuario, consiguiendo un producto apto desde los 0 a los 8 años. Además, de cara a la experiencia del usuario, se ha reducido al máximo el proceso de montaje minimizando los elementos externos de unión. Se trata de un producto novedoso y distintivo del mercado actual, ofreciendo versatilidad y comodidad a los hogares. El usuario juega el papel más importante, pero teniendo presente en todo momento la sostenibilidad y el impacto medioambiental, por lo que los materiales, tanto del producto como de su embalaje, y procesos, son lo más respetuosos posibles.

En aquest projecte es presenta el disseny i el desenvolupament d'un conjunt de mobiliari infantil domèstic i multifuncional. Per fer-ho possible, s'han seguit una sèrie de fases per arribar a una solució final, iniciant l'estudi amb la identificació del problema existent després del mobiliari domèstic fins a finalitzar el projecte amb una representació volumètrica física com a maqueta. Finalment, s’ha obtingut un producte format per dos mòduls i amb la capacitat d'oferir tres funcions diferents: bressol, torre d'aprenentatge i llit infantil. Totes són adaptables en funció de les necessitats que presenta l'usuari, aconseguint un producte apte des dels 0 als 8 anys. A més, amb vista a l'experiència de l'usuari, s'ha reduït al màxim el procés de muntatge i s'han minimitzat els elements externs d'unió. Es tracta d'un producte nou i distintiu del mercat actual, oferint versatilitat i comoditat a les llars. L'usuari juga el paper més important, però tenint present en tot moment la sostenibilitat i l'impacte mediambiental, per la qual cosa els materials, tant del producte com del seu embalatge i processos, són el més respectuosos posible.

This project is about the design and development of a set of domestic and multifunctional children's furniture. To make this possible, a sequence of phases have been followed to achieve a final solution, starting the study with the identification of the problem behind the domestic furniture until the project is finished with a physical volumetric representation as a model. Finally, the product that has been obtained is made up of two modules and with the ability to offer three different functions: cradle, learning tower and infant bed. All of them are adaptable depending on the needs presented by the user, getting a product suitable from 0 to 8 years. In addition, in terms of user experience, the assembly process has been reduced to a minimum effort, minimizing the external joining elements. It is a newfangled and distinctive product on the current market, offering versatility and comfort to homes. The user plays the most important role, but keeping sustainability and environmental impact in mind at all times, so that the materials, both of the product and its packaging, and processes, are as respectful as possible.
