Sistema recomanador de reparacions d'autobusos

Abstract

Aquest Treball de Fi de Grau té per objectiu el tractament de les dades obtingudes en el procés de reparació de les avaries que afecten la flota d'autobusos d'una empresa de transport urbà de viatgers, amb la finalitat de crear un sistema recomandador d'actuacions enfocades en el manteniment predictiu. El procés seguit ha estat analitzar aquestes dades i testejar diferents models predictius, per tal de trobar la manera més encertada possible de predir quan està previst que determinat sistema d'un vehicle pateixi una avaria i quin serà el motiu que la produirà. Per tal d'aconseguir-ho, les dades subministrades per l'empresa s'han complementat a partir dels manuals de les diferents marques de vehicles, s'han processat i s'han transformat per tal de millorar l'encert, alhora, s'ha treballat amb diferents models predictius per tal de trobar aquells que millors resultats donen. Finalment, el que s'ha obtingut és un sistema que recomana accions de treball sobre aquells sistemes dels vehicles que previsiblement s'avariaran abans i produiran una irregularitat major en el servei.

This Final Degree Thesis aims to process the data obtained in the process of repairing breakdowns that affect the bus fleet of an urban travel transport company, in order to create a recommender system focused on predictive maintenance actions. The process followed has consisted of analyzing this data and testing different predictive models, to find the most accurate way possible to predict when a certain system of a vehicle is expected to suffer a breakdown and what will be the reason for it. In order to achieve this, the data supplied by the company has been supplemented with the manuals of the different vehicle brands, processed and transformed to improve success, while working with different predictive models to find those that give better results. Finally, what is obtained is a system that recommends work actions on those vehicle systems that will foreseeably break down earlier and will produce a greater irregularity in the service.
