Abstract

En el present document s’ha realitzat un estudi sobre l'evolució dels costos i la forma d'urbanització en les darreres dècades en el context del territori català. L'empresa s'ha dut a terme mitjançant la comparativa de les Àrees Residencials Estratègiques (AREs) del 2009 amb un estudi realitzat per J. MIRO (1988), on s'analitzaven 23 actuacions de l'Institut català del Sòl (INCASOL) executades entre el 1980 i el 1986. Les AREs són un conjunt de 73 sectors d'urbanització per l'INCASOL a l'any 2009, en el moment més àlgid dels estàndards urbanístics
