Les TIC en els magatzems: cas pràctic

Abstract

Este proyecto trata los posibles problemas logísticos de los almacenes de las empresas y buscar, a través de los recursos que ofrece la industria 4.0, soluciones para la mejora de su gestión. Para poder poner en práctica los diferentes resultados que se van obteniendo a lo largo del proyecto, nos centramos en la empresa Ventanas y Cerramientos Confortables del Bages, S.L. a la que he tenido acceso a través de la realización de mis prácticas curriculares. En una primera parte se presenta una introducción general al mundo del almacén, seguidamente la empresa en la que se basa el proyecto, posibles problemas dentro de un almacén y presentación de las diferentes soluciones que ofrece la industria 4.0, poniendo énfasis en la tecnología RFID ya que considero que es la más adecuada y beneficiosa para esta empresa. La tecnología RFID proporciona un seguimiento del stock con un eficiente control del inventario permitiendo envíos más rápidos y sin errores, proporcionando un ahorro importante de tiempo y dinero y un aumento de la eficiencia y competitividad de las empresas; en definitiva se trata de un gran paso hacia un almacén inteligente.

Aquest projecte tracta els possibles problemes logístics dels magatzems de les empreses i cercar, a través dels recursos que ofereix la industria 4.0, solucions per a la millora de la seva gestió. Per a poder posar a la pràctica els diferents resultats que es van obtenint al llarg del projecte, ens centrem en l’empresa Finestres i Tancaments Confortables del Bages, S.L. a la qual he tingut accés a través de la realització de les meves pràctiques curriculars. En una primera part es presenta una introducció general al món del magatzem, seguidament l’empresa en la qual es basa el projecte, possibles problemes dins d’un magatzem i presentació de les diferents solucions que ofereix la indústria 4.0, posant èmfasi en la tecnologia RFID ja que considero que és la més adequada i beneficiosa per aquesta empresa. La tecnologia RFID proporciona un seguiment de l’estoc amb un eficient control de l’inventari permetent enviaments més ràpids i sense errors, proporcionant un estalvi important de temps i diners i un augment de la eficiència i competitivitat de les empreses; en definitiva es tracta d’un gran pas cap a un magatzem intel·ligent.

This project is about the logistics problems that may occur in the warehouse of a business or company. The aim is to look for solutions to improve its management, through the resources offered by the industry 4.0. We are going to focus on a particular company: Finestres i Tancaments Confortables del Bages, S.L, which I could access during my internship. This company is going to allow us to try out the different results obtained while working on the project. In the first part of the project, a general introduction to warehousing is presented, followed by a description of the company on which the project is based, possible problems that may occur in a warehouse and a variety of solutions that the industry 4.0 has to offer, paying particular attention to the RFID technology, as I believe it is the most suitable and beneficial for the chosen business. RFID technology allows to follow the stock and it efficiently controls the inventory. This provides a faster and errorless delivery, saving time and money and improving efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprises. In a word, it is a giant step towards an intelligent warehouse.
