Abstract

This project has been created with the main objective of improving the quality of life of people with visual difficulties. We would also like this work to be a starting point in the future to design focusing on users and how to use humanized technology. The project is divided in 4 parts: The first part consists of a research process. Starting from a phase of identification of the problem and ending with perspectives of the environment and good practices. The second is the development of proposals and various solutions. From the first sketches to deciding and defining the final proposals. The third part is the entire industrialization process, focusing on making the blueprints, especially for the definition of volumes, the decision of materials and the fabrication process. And the last part is experimentation in the definition of the product. It consists of all the evolution of models and prototypes. From the first mockup to the latest prototypes, explaining the reasons for modifications and tests.
