Disseny i control de l'automatització d'un procés industrial de soldadura

Abstract

En este documento se expone el proyecto de automatización de un proceso industrial de soldadura. En el proyecto diseña un programa de lógica que se implementa en el PLC L16ER del fabricante AllenBradley. La programación se efectúa con el software de Rockwell. Aparte, se diseña una interface de seguimiento con el programa InTouch. El proceso automático se implementa en un cuadro eléctrico y una maqueta que emula el proceso. El documento se clasifica primeramente describiendo los objetivos y alcance del proyecto en una leve introducción. El informe empieza exponiendo el proceso de soldadura a automatizar y las diferentes herramientas de las que se dispone. Previamente al trabajo práctico y de diseño, se efectúa un análisis teórico de todas las tareas a desarrollar. También se explica el funcionamiento de los programas usados i las diferentes problemáticas que se han resuelto. Después del estudio teórico, el documento expone todo el diseño y implementación del proyecto. Des de diferentes aplicaciones, como los componentes utilizados, hasta la construcción de la maqueta. Finalmente, se muestra el resultado final del automatismo, se exponen conclusiones y se realiza un presupuesto económico del proyecto. El documento finaliza con la bibliografía utilizada y los anexos.

En aquest document s’exposa el projecte d’automatització d’un procés industrial de soldadura. En el projecte es dissenya un programa de lògica que s’implementa al PLC L16ER del fabricant AllenBradely. La programació s’efectua amb el software de Rockwell. Es dissenya una interfície de seguiment amb el programa InTouch. El procés automàtic s’implementa amb un quadre de connexions i una maqueta que emula el procés. El document es classifica primerament descrivint els objectius i abast del projecte en una lleu introducció. L’informe comença exposant el procés a automatitzar i les diferents eines de les quals es disposa. Prèviament al treball pràctic i de disseny, s’efectua una anàlisi teòric de totes les tasques a desenvolupar. També s’explica el funcionament dels programes utilitzats i les diferents problemàtiques que s’han resolt. Després de l’estudi teòric, el document exposa tot el disseny i implementació del projecte. Des de diferents aplicacions, com els components utilitzats, fins a la construcció de la maqueta. Finalment es mostra el resultat final de l’automatisme, s’exposen conclusions i es realitza un pressupost econòmic del projecte. El document finalitza amb la bibliografia i els annexes.

In this paper, the execution of an industrial welding process is presented. During the project, the logic program is implemented with an Allen-Bradely PLC, the programming is done using Rockwell software and the visualizing interface is designed with InTouch. A mockup to emulate the automatized process is also built. Throughout the paper the objectives and a brief introduction are presented, as well as defining the process itself and the tools available. Prior to the design work, a theoretical analysis of all the aspects is performed. It is also explained how the different programs work and the variety of issues that have been resolved. After the theoretical study, the design and implementation of the project, as well as the, components involved during the construction are detailed more in depth. Finally, the result is discussed as well as the budget of the project. Some of the student’s conclusions are added at the end.
