Análisis de Factibilidad Económica y Social de una Red Ferroviaria en Centroamérica

Estudio que busca conocer la situación actual del transporte inter regional en la región, realizar un análisis de costo beneficio de un posible proyecto ferroviario centroamericano. Evaluar la factibilidad medioambiental del proyecto y plantear un modelo sostenible para el transporte de carga basado en la nueva red ferroviaria.
