Abstract

El treball fi de grau que el lector es disposa a llegir es centra en l’estudi del comportament acadèmic de primer quadrimestre de primer dels estudiants del grau d’Enginyeria en Tecnologies Industrials de l’Escola Tècnica Superior d’Enginyeria Industrial de Barcelona, de La universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, en funció d’uns paràmetres determinats. Per tal d’assolir aquest objectiu, s’ha fet servir la mineria de dades i altres conceptes com ‘Business Analytics’, que permeten treballar i manegar gran volums de dades. Els resultats del estudi s’han presentat en un Aplicatiu Web per tal que els usuaris puguin interactuar. En aquesta memòria es troben les eines que s’emprenen per dur a terme el treball, tant com el procés de comprensió i preparació de les dades, el procés de construcció del model, l’avaluació d’aquest i la presentació dels resultats obtinguts. El software utilitzat per dur a terme les etapes del projecte és el llenguatge Python amb les llibreries Pandas, Matplotlib i Streamlit
