Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo proponer la implementación de un modelo de gestión en el área de edificación para mejorar la conservación de la arquitectura vernácula en el casco urbano de la ciudad de Huaripampa. Para lo cualse realizó el estudio basado en unapropuesta de mejora con dos variables; la variable independiente modelo de gestión en el áreade la edificación y la variable dependiente la conservación de la arquitectura vernácula. La muestra estuvo constituida por 142 viviendas quese encuentran delimitadas porun área de 11 manzanas que conforman el casco urbano de la ciudad de Huaripampa. Seemplearon como instrumentos: el análisis descriptivo a través de tablas y gráficos que ayudan a cuantificar los datos cuantitativos en la matriz de tabulación en Excel; y como herramienta estadística utilizamos el grafico de barras para resumir la información recogida.Los resultados indican que la propuesta de implementación de un modelo de gestión en el área de edificaciónmejora la conservación de la arquitectura vernácula en el casco urbano de la ciudad de Huaripampa, basando la propuesta de modelo en tres áreas lascuales son: área de fachadas, área de cubiertas y área de instalaciones eléctricas y desagüe pluvial, cada áreacuenta con criterios que recogen características actuales de los edificios estudiados y nos brindan una valoración especifica actual para llegar a un resultado cuantitativo, la cual tendrá un valor del 1 al 10, siendo 1 el valor más bajo y 10 el valormásalto. Para finalmente darnos comoresultado qué tipo de intervención necesita cada edificio basado en los resultadosobtenidos por la herramienta. Además, el diagnostico situacional de la conservación de la arquitectura vernácula en el casco urbano dela ciudad de Huaripampa, confirma que la arquitectura vernácula no cuenta con una correcta preservación del patrimonio edificado; porlo que sería recomendable utilizar el modelo y herramientas propuestas contempladas en este estudio para preservarla arquitectura vernácula del casco urbano.

The research aims to propose a management model implementation in the building area to improvethe conservation of vernacular architecture in the urban area of the city of Huaripampa. For that reason, this study was carried out based on an improvement proposal with two variables; the independent variable management model in the building area and the dependent variable, the conservation of vernacular architecture. The sample consisted of 142 homes, delimitated by an area of 11blocks that make up the urban area of the city of Huaripampa. The instruments used were: descriptive analysis through tables and graphs that help to quantify the quantitative data in the tabulation matrix in Excel; asa statistical tool, we use the bar graph to summarize the information collected. The results indicate that the proposed implementation of a management model inthe buildingarea improves the conservation of vernacular architecture in the urban area of the city of Huaripampa, basing the model proposal on three areas which are: façade area, roof area, and area of electrical installations and storm drainage, each characteristichave criteria that collectcurrent information of the buildings studied and provide us with a current specificassessment to arrive at a quantitative result, which will have a value of 1 to 10, where 1 is the lowest value and 10 is the highest value. To finally give us as a result, what type of intervention each building needs to be based, on the results obtained by the tool. Besides that, the situational diagnosis of the conservation of vernacular architecture in the urban area in the city of Huaripampa confirms that vernacular architecture does not have correct preservation of the built heritage. Therefore, it would be advisable to use the proposal and tools described in this study to preserve the vernacular architecture in Huaripampa.
