Valoraciones en el mercado hipotecario

Abstract

El presente trabajo final de carrera tiene como objetivo la valoración en el mercado hipotecário de diferentes elementos: viviendas de obra nueva, plazas de aparcamiento, locales comerciales, oficinas, terrenos industriales y por último naves industriales. Para poder llegar a realizar las valoraciones inicialmente existe un trabajo de campo el cual consiste en la búsqueda de muestras de similares caractarísticas del elemento que queremos valorar y de una zona acotada. La recopilación de información de plasmaremos en unas fichas, según el elemento a valorar deberemos tener en cuenta unos criterios u otros además de la normativa existente. En concreto he estudiado: viviendas de edificios plurifamiliares, plazas de aparcamiento, locales comerciales y oficinas situados en la ciudad de Barcelona; terrenos industriales de la zona de Castelldefels, y por último naves indistriales de la zona de Sant Boi de Llobregat.
