Abstract

En aquest projecte s'explica el paper que tenen els SCADAS i la integració de les dades en base de dades en el nou paradigma de la indústria 4.0. Aquest projecte és la continuació del projecte d'automatitzar una planta de biolixiviació, que s'està desenvolupant en el grup de recerca BIOGAP - Grup de Tractament Biològic de Contaminants Gasosos i Olors- de l'EPSEM. En aquest projecte, s’ha creat una aplicació d’escriptori que farà d’HMI per a controlar i monitoritzar el procés i també pujar les dades a un servidor de base de dades, concretament SQL SERVER. Finalment, en aquest treball es busca motivar als companys o qualsevol persona que vegi aquest treball per introduir-se dins de la investigació de solucions de software d’SCADAS i solucions d’automatització que necessitin bases de dades relacionals.

This project explains the role that SCADAS and the integration of data in database servers have in the new paradigm of industry 4.0. This thesis is the continuation of the project of automating a bioleaching plant, which is being developed in the research group BIOGAP - Grupo de Tratamiento Biológica de Contaminantes Gaseosos y Olores- of EPSEM. In this thesis, has been developed an HMI desktop application in order to monitor the process. Furthermore, the data will be stored in a database server, specifically SQL Server. Finally, this paper seeks to motivate colleagues or anyone who sees this work to enter into the research of SCADA’s software solutions and Automation Solutions that require relational databases.
