Diseño mecánico de un banco de pruebas de abrasivos flexibles

Abstract

Este proyecto trata de un estudio de diseño de un banco de pruebas para abrasivos flexibles. Las competencias que se quieren adquirir con este diseño son de llevar a cabo un diseño que se pueda construir en un futuro (aplicando mejoras si fueran necesarias), con los componentes especificados y teniendo una idea aproximada del presupuesto y logística necesaria. Es un diseño complejo puesto que se tiene que combinar la Ingeniería Electrónica y Mecánica. Dentro del proyecto se verán en detalle cada componente, los criterios que se han seguido para su diseño y la importancia de cada uno de ellos. Se diseñará teniendo en cuenta el reglamento de diseño de máquinas, con las medidas de seguridad necesarias.Primero se definirán los conceptos necesarios a tener en cuenta. Después se hará una idea de diseño con los componentes que debería tener. Por último,se definirá el diseño final, en esta parte se realizará un estudio de cada componente que se ha elegido o realizado. Este documento incluirá ideas de cómo será el proceso de fabricación de las piezas mecánicas, también diseños de esquemas electrónicos y el diseño de software necesario. El proyecto finalizará con un estudio estático, simulaciones de los componentes y las conclusiones a las que se han podido llegar.

Aquest projecte tracta d'un estudi de disseny d'un banc de proves per a abrasius flexibles. Les competències que es volen adquirir amb aquest disseny són de dur a terme un disseny que es pugui construir en un futur (aplicant millores si anessin necessàries), amb els components especificats i tenint una idea aproximada del pressupost i logística necessària. És un disseny complex perquè s'ha de combinar l'Enginyeria Electrònica i Mecànica. Dins del projecte es veuran detalladament cada component, els criteris que s'han seguit per al seu disseny i la importància de cadascun d'ells. Es dissenyarà tenint en compte el reglament de disseny de màquines, amb les mesures de seguretat necessàries.Primer es definiran els conceptes necessaris a tenir en compte. Després es farà una idea de disseny amb els components que hauria de tenir. Finalment,es definirà el disseny final, en aquesta part es realitzarà un estudi de cada component que s'ha triat o realitzat. Aquest document inclourà idees de com serà el procés de fabricació de les peces mecàniques, també dissenys d'esquemes electrònics i el disseny de programari necessari. El projecte finalitzarà amb un estudi estàtic, simulacions dels components i les conclusions a les quals s'han pogut arribar.

This project is a study of a test bed design for flexible abrasives. The competencies that we want to acquire with this design are to carry out a design that can be builtin the future (applying improvements if necessary), with thespecified components and having an approximate idea of the budget and necessary logistics. It is a complex design since it has to combine Electronic and Mechanical Engineering. Within the project we will see in detail each component, the criteria that have been followed for its design and the importance of each of them. It will be designed taking into account the machine design regulations, with the necessary safety measures. First, the necessaryconcepts to be taken into account will be defined. Then an idea of the design will be made with the components it should have. And the final design will be defined, in this part a study of each component that has been chosen or made will be carried out. This document will include ideas of how the manufacturing process of the mechanical parts will be, also, electronic schematics designs and the necessary software design. The project will end with the static study, simulations of the components and the conclusions that have been reached.
