In the present project, firstly, the intention is to graphically represent both the house and the site, in order to distinguish the different volumesat different levels found on the site.Study and analyze the current state of the house, which has two equal dwelling, to make the initial certificate of energy efficiency. Once this initial certificate is obtained, improvements in all possible aspects are studied and analyzed with the aim of improving this initial energy efficiency result. Thus achieving a house as sustainable as possible within the reach or possibilities of the users.The concepts of energy efficiency and sustainability edification will be given great importance to achieve the most sustainable homes possible. For this, it will be necessary to reduce demand and consumption as well as CO2 emissions, thus contributing to caring for the environment, reducing greenhouse gases and the carbon footprint of the home.
