Abstract

L’extensometria elèctrica és una tecnologia ben establerta i àmpliament utilitzada en la indústria per a l‘anàlisi experimental de tensions, especialment en materials metàl·lics amb comportament isotròpic. No obstant això, és cada vegada més freqüent l‘ús industrial de materials avançats, com són els materials compostos i els que resulten dels processos de fabricació additiva, el comportament dels quals és més complex a causa de l‘anisotropia i diferents característiques fisicoquímiques. Això fa necessari adaptar les pràctiques convencionals de l‘extensometria a aquestes noves tipologies de materials, incorporant en el procés factors abans considerats de segon ordre que prenen ara una especial rellevància. L‘objectiu d’aquest projecte és revisar tot el procés d‘instal·lació, presa de dades, i anàlisi, mitjançant aquest important mètode de la mecànica experimental, i desenvolupar una guia de bones pràctiques, amb el seu corresponent programari, per a l‘anàlisi experimental de tensions en components fabricats amb aquests materials. Com a validació de l’estudi portat a terme es realitzarà un anàlisi de tensions d’una proveta anisotròpica mitjançant un programa de simulació virtual.
