Abstract

L’any 1995, l’IEC acordà iniciar un projecte d’elaboració d’estudis periòdics sobre l’estat de la recerca a Catalunya, anomenat Reports de la recerca a Catalunya. Amb el suport de la Generalitat de Catalunya, i coordinat per la Secretaria Científica de l’IEC, el projecte es basava en la redacció d’una sèrie d’informes sobre cada una de les àrees en què es dividia l’activitat científica. Redactats per investigadors de prestigi, els informes eren debatuts públicament abans de tancar-ne la versió definitiva.
