Autosuficiencia alimentaria y producción ecológica en el espacio agrícola de las "Cinc Sènies" de Mataró

Se evalúa el potencial de autosuficiencia alimentaria de productos hortícolas de Mataró (Barcelona), en base a los rendimientos reales de cultivo de los productores, con relación a la demanda local. Posteriormente, se estima una reducción del 70,7% de las emisiones de CO2 asociado a la producción ecológica local respecto a la actual.
