Abstract

Tal y como indica el título de este proyecto, el objetivo es hacer un estudio de distintas estrategias de control tolerante a fallos del sensor del control de nivel de un depósito de laboratorio con la finalidad de escoger la estrategia que mejor realice dicho control. Primero se ha hecho un estudio del sistema con métodos de control clásico para tener una base de conocimiento y programa base para aplicar las técnicas tolerantes a fallos. Como técnicas tolerantes a fallos del sensor del control de nivel se han desarrollado las técnicas basadas en reconciliación de datos y redundancia analítica. Dentro de las técnicas de redundancia se han probado distintos métodos como son la redundancia analítica en simulación, tanto lineal como no lineal, y la redundancia analítica en predicción con validación. Esta última ha resultado ser la mejor estrategia de las estudiadas para hacer el control tolerante a fallos del sensor del control de nivel del depósito del laboratorio.

El objetivo principal de este trabajo es estudiar diversas estrategias tolerantes a posibles fallos en el sensor de nivel de un depósito de laboratorio, para así lograr controlarlo de forma segura y precisa a pesar de que falle su sensor de nivel. Además, mediante la implementación de estas estrategias en tiempo real con el sistema, otro objetivo que persigue este trabajo es hacer un estudio comparativo para hacer una propuesta de la mejor opción de control tolerante del nivel del depósito.
