Abstract

La realización de este proyecto consistía en la programación, el control y la supervisión de las estaciones I y II del laboratorio de Robótica y CIM, situado en la segunda planta del TR11 de la EET. La Estación I consiste en la selección i diferenciación de tres tipos diferentes de pieza i la Estación II en la perforación de las mismas. Para el desarrollo del proyecto he tenido que familiarizarme con los siguientes programas: Cx-Programmer, para la programación en lenguaje Ladder de ambas estaciones. Proficy iFix, para el diseño de la aplicación SCADA (Supervisión, Control y Adquisición de Datos) mediante la cual el usuario puede supervisar y controlar en todo momento el funcionamiento de ambas estacionesa distancia. Y finalmente el KEPServerEX, mediante el cual he creado unservidorde datos que permite comunicar vía OPC con la aplicación SCADAde forma local con la Estación I.Para la comunicación del SCADA con la Estación II, inicialmente tenía previsto conectarme de forma remota con la aplicación SCADA vía comunicación OPC, pero debido a la falta de una red de trabajo entre PCs operativa,se ha utilizado la red Controller Link entre ambas estaciones instalando en el SCADA, por lo tanto, el driver de OMRON también
