Abstract

L’estudi de la cadena de distribució i gestió d’una botiga de productes de disseny creatiu a Barcelona es tracta d’un estudi en el qual es busca una millora del sistema de gestió actual de la botiga WoBarcelona. Es tracta d’una botiga implantada recentment que necessita un estudi dels seus productes per poder tenir-los controlats i treure conclusions sobre els seus moviments. Es vol realitzar una eina semi-automatitzada amb la qual els treballadors puguin observar el moviment dels productes de cada proveïdor i poder decidir quins cal tenir a la botiga, quins són els que treuen més benefici, quin marge tenen, quina quantitat cal tenir a l’stock, etc. Mitjançant aquesta eina semi-automatitzada es podran treure diverses conclusions per tal d’actuar amb eficàcia. En aquest document també es trobarà un petit resum dels possibles treballs a futur que quedin pendents un cop realitzat l’estudi i les diverses consideracions ambientals.
