Abstract

Quan es pensa a escollir quin material utilitzar en qualsevol projecte sempre es contempla el plàstic, la fusta, el vidre i semblants, però en aquest cas, se n’utilitza, a més dels més comuns, un altre tipus: els aliments. Disseny de producte i gastronomia. Per començar, ajuntar aquests dos conceptes pot semblar estrany, ja que normalment no van relacionats, un menjar no sol ser vist com a un producte. Però si t’hi pares a pensar; menjar, mengem cada dia, i més d’una vegada o dos. Menjar és una activitat bàsica i imprescindible pels éssers vius, i se’n produeix constantment. Llavors, en ser una necessitat bàsica amb alts nivells de producció, té molt sentit buscar nous dissenys, formes i tècniques a la gastronomia, no?
