Abstract

El presente proyecto final de master, se centra en la creación de un paquete en R de libre accesoparael análisis de la propagación de estados en redes organizacionales.Con el paquete de R creado y un determinado número de variables. Variables intrínsecas del individuo, tales como el número de estados en los que se puede encontrar y la probabilidad de cambio de estado desde un estado determinado. Juntamente con variables referentes a la organización, como son el número de individuos, las relaciones de estos individuos y el tipo de relación que existe entre ellos, ... Se puede analizar la evolución del comportamiento humano dentro de las organizaciones, y quéinfluencia someten estas organizaciones a cada uno delos integrantes de sus grupos en función de su tamaño y estructuración. Pudiendo obtener previamente, como será la adaptación de los nuevos integrantes en sus grupos de trabajo.
