Abstract

El Treball de Fi de Màster té com a objectiu realitzar el disseny mecànic d’una transmissió de dues velocitats d’un motor de cub de roda per a bicicletes elèctriques. A partir dels reductors epicicloïdals que utilitzen el motors elèctrics dels cubs de roda actuals, es planteja el repte d’integrar una nova reducció i tenir la capacitat de poder canviar d’una reducció a l’altra. En primer lloc, es realitza un estudi de l’estat de l’art de la tecnologia actual de cubs de roda elèctrics i es defineixen les especificacions del disseny. Tot seguit, s’efectua un estudi dinàmic del sistema per a definir les relacions de transmissió i establir els límits funcionals. A continuació, es du a terme el disseny mecànic de la transmissió amb el motor elèctric integrat en el cub de roda. Posteriorment, es fan les comprovacions dels elements més crítics com són els engranatges, els rodaments i un manegament. Finalment, s’avaluen els costos amb un estudi econòmic i l’impacte ambiental amb una anàlisi de cicle de vida.
