The content of this final degree project tries to explain the company in which I have done the practices for the last 6 months and the work that I have been doing. During this period in the company Erca Europe SL, the head of the company itself has been my tutor, who has guided, taught and advised me during this experience. The main functions that I have carried out specifically within this company has been to manage some of the projects that have entered, from the first contact with the client until its completion, making designs, budgets, site visits or quality controls. Other work I have done has been the supervision of project documentation, real estate valuations, meetings with industrialists and contractors, damage reports on buildings and homes and very active collaboration with the rest of the office team, where I have learned a great deal amount of things from and with them.
