Postratamiento de piezas 3D de tecnología SLS y MJF

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de final de grado es el diseño de un prototipo de una máquina para llevar a cabo un postratamiento consistente en el proceso de teñido de las piezas resultantes de las tecnologías de impresión 3D Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) y Multi Jet Fusion (MJF). El método utilizado en el diseño del prototipo ha tenido en cuenta una serie de requisitos previos de acuerdo con una demanda específica. A partir de una idea conceptual definida por éstos, se ha desarrollado un proyecto estudiando distintas posibilidades a fin de obtener un diseño funcional y lo más eficiente posible. Los resultados obtenidos a lo largo del proceso pueden concretarse en: • Una reducción considerable del volumen de líquido requerido para teñir piezas con respecto a la propuesta inicial • Un prototipo con una cierta versatilidad que permite el estudio del proceso de teñido de las piezas • Un bajo coste en comparación con otras máquinas del mercado • Un mecanismo simple y funcional con unas mínimas exigencias de mantenimiento Como conclusión, es un prototipo que, por un lado, responde a la demanda inicial, puesto que permite teñir piezas 3D de estas tecnologías cumpliendo los requisitos previos, y que, por otro lado, permite la realización de un estudio del proceso de teñido de dichas piezas. El cual es necesario y podría abrir la puerta a un nuevo diseño todavía más eficiente.
