Projecte Final del "Grau en Arquitectura Tècnica i Edificació”, de l'estudiant Eudald Fernandez Daudé, de l'Escola Politècnica Superior d'Edificació de Barcelona (EPSEB-UPC). Aquest treball és un compendi de les activitats dutes a terme durant 6 mesos en un conjunt de cobertes verdes de diversos tipus. S'ha realitzat mitjançant la monitorització i recollida de dades en deu cobertes verdes situades sobre edificis amb diferents usos a Barcelona, guanyadores del concurs "Qui té una coberta té un tresor", promogut per l’Ajuntament de Barcelona. A partir de la col·laboració entre diferents entitats, s’està realitzant un seguiment i presa de dades al llarg de 2 anys amb el propòsit d’analitzar, comprovar i avaluar en quina mesura la implantació de cobertes verdes pot beneficiar tant als propietaris o usuaris com a la ciutat i el medi ambient. Per cada aspecte a analitzar, s’han establert uns protocols que determinen, en funció de l'assaig a realitzar, quin aparell de mesura s'ha d’utilitzar, com i on es col·loca. Un cop acabats els assaigs, s’han analitzat les dades i se n’ha extret les conclusions. En una situació de consens social i tecnològic que considera les cobertes verdes com una arquitectura responsable, que respon a millorar les condicions mediambientals de la ciutat i a ajudar a la reducció de l’impacte de l’edificació en diversos aspectes, l'objectiu d'aquest projecte és mostrar una avaluació quantitativa que permeti determinar, a partir de diferents indicadors, els seus autèntics beneficis per a cada edifici. Aquest treball de fi de grau (TFG) s’ha realitzat entre els mesos de gener i juny de 2019.

This is the Degree Final Project of "BSc in Technical Architecture and Building", by student Eudald Fernandez Daudé, from the Polytechnic College of Building of Barcelona (EPSEB-UPC). This work is a compendium of the activities carried out for 6 months in a set of green roofs of various types. It has been carried out by monitoring and collecting data in ten green roofs located on buildings with different uses in Barcelona, winners of the contest "To Have a Roof is To Have a Treasure", promoted by the City Council of Barcelona. Based on the collaboration between different entities, data is being tracked and taken over 2 years in order to analyse, verify and evaluate to what extent the implementation of green roofs can benefit the owners, or users, as well as the city and the environment. For each aspect to be analysed, a series of protocols have been established that determine, depending on the test to be performed, which measuring device should be used and how and where it is to be placed. After the trials were completed, the data were analysed and the conclusions drawn. In a situation of social and technological consensus that considers green roofs as a responsible architecture, which responds to improve the environmental conditions of the city, and to help reduce the impact of the building in various aspects, the object of this project is to show a quantitative evaluation that allows to determine, based on different indicators, its real benefits for each building. This Degree Final Project (TFG) was carried out between the months of January and June 2019.
