Diseño térmico i mecánico de un intercambiador de calor

Abstract

El presente proyecto consiste en el diseño térmico y mecánico de un intercambiador de calor de tubo y carcasa, más concretamente uno tipo kettle. Para el diseño térmico se ha desarrollado u n mé tod o de diseño a partir del método de Kern para el diseño térmico de intercambiadores de tubo y carcasa, expresiones del TEMA y correlaciones desarrolladas por expertos en el tema. Se han comprobado los resultados con el HTRI, un software de diseño térmic o de intercambiadores de calor. El diseño mecánico se ha realizado con el AD-Merkblätter, un código d e d i s eño al emán , y s e h an comprobado los resultados con el AUTOPIPE VESSEL un software de diseño mecánico de recipi entes a presión. Para completar el proyecto también se tratan temas como el proceso de fabricación y la legaliz ación del intercambiador de acuerdo con la directiva vigente de recipientes a presión 2014/68/UE, a p arte del estudio económico y medioambiental.
