Análisis de las incidencias en cámaras de máquinas resultantes del sistema de inspecciones port state control (psc).

Abstract

Desde el primer acuerdo de entendimiento de París, se han establecido muchos acuerdos inter-estatales que han surgido para lograr un objetivo común de mejorar la flota actual y hacerla más segura. Estos acuerdos se basan en los datos de las inspecciones para marcar sus objetivos y evitar congestiones innecesarias causadas por las inspecciones. Dada la transparencia de algunos datos que se pueden encontrar en el sistema del París MoU, en este trabajo se analizan cuáles son las deficiencias más comunes (las 20 más repetidas en todos los casos) que hay en la flota actual que navega en aguas europeas y que has sido inspeccionados. En el último capítulo, las conclusiones, se dan las posibles soluciones a los problemas y se analizan cuáles son los puntos a reforzar. Para este propósito, también se explicará cuales han sido los antecedentes históricos de los acuerdos y en qué estado actual se encuentran los tratados y los sistemas de datos.
