Estudi bioclimàtic d'un edifici d'oficines

Abstract

Si tractem de condensar en poques paraules les hipòtesis del nostre projecte, podem resumir la base del mateix en quatre grans hipòtesis. Per una banda demostrarem que existeix una estreta relació, entre localització i les característiques de l’entorn que envolten un edifici i la capacitat d’aquest edifici per aprofitar aquests espais de relació per obtenir un bon bescanvi energètic. En segon lloc, provarem com també les decisions constructives de el.lecció de materials i sistemes constructius pot ajudar i molt a la capacitat d’un edifici per aprofitar aquest vescanvi energètic. També podrem veure com és possible definir una estratègia interior de funcionament de l’edifici que premii aquest bescanvi. Evidenciarem finalment, com la forma que pot prendre una edificació poy també col.laborar a gaudir de una bona eficiència energètica. Per tal de fer evidents les millores de coportament energètic que s’aniràn produint al llarg de l’aplicació d’aquestes hipòtesis, ens basarem l’increment de confort tèrmic, lumínic i aqústic que obtindrà el nostre edifici.
