Influencia del proceso de bruñido con bola sobre la dureza y las tensiones residuales en el aluminio A92017

Abstract

El bruñido con bola se realiza, para mejorar el acabado de las piezas que han sido mecanizadas y para obtener una superficie más dura con tensiones residuales a compresión. De este modo se obtendrá una mayor resistencia al desgaste y a la fatiga. En este trabajo se presentan los resultados de las pruebas realizadas con dicho proceso aplicado a piezas convexas de aluminio A92017. Se presentan como resultados, las mediciones de dureza y de tensiones residuales obtenidas antes y después del bruñido y se extraen conclusiones sobre la mejora de estas propiedades en las superficies bruñidas.
