Resumen Cada vez los sectores industriales demandan más profesionales con aptitudes, las cuales deben ser las adecuadas para desarrollarse en un entorno laboral cada día más exigente. Es por esto, que mediante la implementación de la metodología de aprendizaje basada en proyectos (ABP) se ofrece al alumno la oportunidad de formar parte de un proyecto el cual ofrece una visión al alumno del entorno industrial. Por ello, el alumno junto con su equipo serán los responsables del desarrollo o diseño, planificación y creación del proyecto propuesto. Por lo que se deberá tener también una estrategia para la formación de equipos de trabajo, formando estos lo más equilibrados posibles en cuanto a número, género, personalidad y competencia personales de cada uno de los participantes. Abstract The industrial sectors seek increasingly for more professionals with adequate skills to develop themselves in a more demanding working environment. Based on this context, this document offers the implementation of the project-based learning methodology (PBL) with the main goal of giving the students a vision of the industrial environment. Therefore, the student and the members of the team will be responsible for the development or design, the planning and the creation of the suggested project. Due to these characteristics, a strategy when forming the different work teams must be taken into consideration. During this document, a method to create the most heterogenous work teams possible
