L'objectiu d'aquest projecte és estudiar l'ús de la tecnologia blockchain en el Registre de la Propietat espanyol i en els processos de compravenda. A partir de la investigació del sistema registral actual s'ha decidit utilitzar blockchain per descentralitzar la informació del Registre de la Propietat, disminuint el risc de pèrdua i alteració maliciosa de la informació dels registres. També s'ha creat un sistema de compravenda mitjançant contractes intel·ligents que permetin el pagament i transferència de la propietat de forma automàtica un cop les parts hagin firmat el contracte.

El objetivo de este proyecto es estudiar el uso de la tecnología blockchain en el Registro de la Propiedad español y en los procesos de compraventa. A partir de la investigación del sistema registral actual se ha decidido utilizar blockchain para descentralizar la información del Registro de la Propiedad, disminuyendo el riesgo de pérdida y alteración maliciosa de los registros. También se ha creado un sistema de compraventa mediante contratos inteligentes que permite el pago y transferencia de la propiedad de forma automática una vez las partes hayan firmado el contrato.

The aim of this project is to study the use of blockchain technology in the Spanish Land Registry and in the purchase and sale processes. Based on the research of the current registry system, it has been decided to use blockchain to decentralize the information from the Land Registry, reducing the risk of loss and malicious alteration of the registers. A system of purchase and sale by means of intelligent contracts has also been created which allows for the payment and transfer of ownership automatically once the parties have signed the contract.
