Prototip de centre d'acollida

Abstract

Tal i com afirma Yona Friedman a "La arquitectura móvil" (1978): “Les transformacions socials són imprevisibles, la societat està en constant canvi i moviment i, per contra, l'arquitectura que es construeix és rígida”. En aquest projecte s'ha volgut aplicar una estructura arquitectònica mòbil per resoldre una problemàtica actual: el col·lapse dels centres d’acollida. A la ciutat de Barcelona, hi ha 3.000 persones sense llar i la tendència és anar en augment. D’aquestes 3.000 persones, 2.000 tenen cabuda a centres d’acollida públics i privats; però Barcelona no disposa de recursos per a les 1.000 restants. Per donar una solució arquitectònica a aquesta realitat, s’ha buscat projectar un edifici que pugui adaptar-se a les necessitats del moment i que contempli, entre d’altres, els següents requisits: edificació mòbil, modular, que utilitzi un sistema constructiu “do it yourself” (construcció en sec), i que permeti viure en comunitat o de forma individual.
