[ANGLÈS] This project arises from a need of the current job, the factory of faucets TRES Griferia. My position is that of process engineer in the industrial unit of the surface coating, the place where is done the final finish of the pieces. During the time worked in the section, three factors have been observed (no thermal conditioning, many process in the same industrial unit and increased demand for special finishes). These factors could be improved or lead to a process situation not capable. To face this problem, the construction of a new industrial unit is proposed, with the purpose of achieving better characteristics to develop the determined processes and the necessary quantities. For the attainment of the project, the first thing that has been done is a brief exploration of the problem and a generation of ideas using a well-known design method: the mind map. The next step has been the search for the plot and at the same time it has been done the industrial unit design considering the needs and the requirements to be able to improve all those factors that had been previously detected. It starts the design with Autocad software of the all parts and the views of the industrial unit, to be able to define the measures of the structure. Once the industrial unit is dimensioned and having defined the elements that form it, have been made the calculations of the actions and the sizing of the bars and the reactions that absorbs the soil and the sizing of the foundation. This combination of the calculations has been done with the informatics support CYPE 2018. Finally, it has been done an approximate budget. To be able to ensure that prices are close to reality, a query has been made to two architects of the architecture office of Barcelona A4 Arquitectura, explaining the work and the budget and also asking for their point of view and their compliance with prices. As conclusions, the improvements made to the industrial unit are explained, making a brief explanation of the most important points.

[CATALÀ] Aquest projecte neix per una necessitat en l’actual lloc de treball, la fàbrica d’aixetes TRES griferia. El meu càrrec és enginyera de processos a la nau de banys, és a dir, a la nau on es realitza l’acabat final de les peces. En el temps transcorregut treballant a la secció, s’han observat tres factors (no climatització, molts processos en una mateixa nau i augment de demanda d’acabats especials) que es podrien millorar o que podrien portar a una situació de procés no capaç d’assolir. Per a fer front a aquest problema, es proposa la construcció d’una nova nau, per tal d’aconseguir millors característiques per a desenvolupar els processos pertinents i les quantitats necessàries. Per a la realització del projecte, el primer que s’ha dut a terme és una breu exploració del problema i una generació d’idees utilitzant un mètode de disseny molt conegut: el mind map. El següent pas ha estat la cerca de la parcel·la i paral·lelament s’ha realitzat el disseny de la nau tenint en compte les necessitats i els requeriments per poder millorar tots aquells factors que s’havien detectat anteriorment. Seguidament, es comença amb el disseny amb el soft Autocad de totes les parts i vistes de la nau, per a poder tenir clares les mesures definitives de l’estructura. Un cop dimensionada la nau i havent definit els elements que la formen, s’han realitzat els càlculs de les accions, del dimensionat de les barres i de les reaccions que han absorbit les sabates i el dimensionat de les mateixes. Aquest conjunt de càlculs s’ha realitzat amb el suport informàtic CYPE 2018. Per acabar, s’ha realitzat un pressupost aproximat. Per a poder assegurar que els preus s’acosten a la realitat, s’ha consultat a dos arquitectes del despatx d’arquitectura de Barcelona A4 Arquitectura, explicant el projecte i el pressupost i demanant el seu punt de vista i la seva conformitat amb els preus. Com a conclusions, s’exposen les millores aportades a la nau actual, realitzant una breu descripció dels punts més importants.
