Sostenibilitat energètica d’un edifici

Abstract

Aquest projecte vol aconseguir conscienciar a la població de què és possible la disminució de la contaminació global, reduint l’aportació de CO2 a l’atmosfera derivada a causa de la crema de combustibles fòssils per a la producció d’energia, així com fomentar què és possible utilitzar els recursos naturals per a poder cobrir les necessitats bàsiques considerades com a mínimes utilitzant mètodes de captació d’energies totalment renovables i sense produir cap impacte al medi ambient. Per a la realització del projecte s’ha comptat amb la integració de diverses energies de caràcter renovable per tal de poder abastir totes les necessitats bàsiques. Les energies utilitzades a l’estudi han sigut: l’energia geotèrmica, amb la que ens assegurem d’aconseguir l’aigua calenta sanitària, calefacció i refrigeració, l’energia solar, usada per abastir les necessitats de consum de punts de llum com electrodomèstics dels habitatges de l’edifici i l’energia eòlica pel subministrament de l’energia elèctrica que cal per a fer funcionar la bomba de calor. Tot i que el cost de la instal·lació, ha sigut elevat, elements com la bomba de calor geotèrmica són rentables al cap de tres anys de la seva instal·lació. A més de que s’ha pogut aconseguir una reducció de les tones equivalents CO2 (TEPs) d’aproximadament uns 13192 kg.
