Abstract

Aquest projecte tracte sobre el procediment que cal realitzar per la climatització d’un habitatge unifamiliar que es troba a la localitat de Súria a través d’energia geotèrmica, que és un recurs renovable, gratuït, inesgotable i d’una disponibilitat incomparable. Per fer-ho es desenvoluparà la metodologia de disseny de la International Ground Source Heat Pump Assocition (IGSHPA), metodologia vàlida per una primera aproximació del disseny de sistemes geotèrmics i utilitzada per RETScreen (Govern del Canada). Per al seu disseny es calcularà les càrregues tèrmiques de l’habitatge i es farà un estudi de la geologia i condicions tèrmiques del terreny i climatologia de la zona. Un cop realitzats els càlculs de la demanda energètica s’escollir{ la bomba geotèrmica més adient segons criteris energètics de rendiments i qualitat del fabricant, i al dimensionament de la captació geotèrmica per l’intercanvi de calor, el qual consistir{ en un sistema vertical. El projecte inclou un estudi econòmic que compara el cost que implica la instal·lació geotèrmica amb un altre sistema convencional. S’utilitzar{ el mètode de l’índex VAN per comprovar si la inversió és rentable i per tant recomanable la seva instal·lació. Finalment es realitzarà un estudi mediambiental per tal d’avaluar la seva viabilitat en comparació a altres instal·lacions.
