Sistema de alerta temprana para previsión de inundaciones en campings

Abstract

Este trabajo se enmarca dentro del estudio realizado a petición de la Federación d'Hostelería de Lleida en el cual se realiza una propuesta de un sistema SATI (Sistema de Alerta Temprana de Inundaciones) para la evaluación del estado de los campings ubicados en la zona de la Noguera Pallaresa. En este artículo se analizó la zona de Espot, donde se encuentran 4 campings ubicados en las márgenes del río Escrita (Voraparc, Peret, Sol i Neu y la Mola). Se construyó un modelo en HEC-HMS con 5 subcuencas. Se determinó el caudal de inundación en cada camping asociado a una tormenta de período de retorno dado con el modelo hidráulico 2D Iber. Finalmente se evaluó la combinación de zonas (subcuencas de aportación) que generaban inundación en cada camping y se determinó el período de retorno para la tormenta aplicada por zona. Para generar la alerta se consideró la tormenta acumulada hasta una hora antes que se registrara el caudal punta que generaba la inundación.
