Calibraciones, certificaciones y validaciones en un laboratorio químico

Abstract

El presente documento trata de mostrar conocimientos relacionados con la gestión de calidad y sus ventajas, además de sus principios. Se definen certificaciones y acreditaciones para la gestión de la calidad según diferentes normativas internacionales definidas por organismos normalizadores que a través de un auditoría, donde se evalúan las conformidades, las empresas / laboratorios pueden validar su sistema de gestión. Las evaluaciones de conformidad incluyen certificaciones, inspecciones, análisis, calibraciones, validaciones y verificaciones de actividades realizadas por organismos de certificación, organismos de inspección, laboratorio de análisis y calibración u organismos de validación y verificación. Las evaluaciones de conformidad no se centran sólo en la gestión, sino también en los instrumentos de medida y los procedimientos de medida según normativas o especificaciones marcadas por las exigencias del propio laboratorio. La acreditación, certificación y validación de un laboratorio y de sus métodos implica una inversión de tiempo, recursos y dinero, por parte del laboratorio y sus empleados. Además, de la necesidad de asegurar la trazabilidad y la fiabilidad de los resultados llevando a cabo la verificación y calibración de instrumentos de medida y la validación de procedimientos, todos ellos reflejados en el documento mostrando significados y procedimientos para su ejecución, asimismo de un ejemplo de cálculos de incertidumbre para una pipeta automática.
